SuperWorld for venues

Promotion you pay for only when a customer walks in.

Cafés, bars, restaurants, gyms, studios and shops put a perk on the SuperWorld map. Locals, communities and regulars send people to you, and you pay only when someone is standing at your counter and scans your code.

How an offer works

Making an offer is also how you claim your venue on the map. There's no approval queue.

  1. Find your venue and tap "Make an offer"Search for your venue on map.superworldapp.com or in the app. Making an offer claims the venue for you straight away.
  2. Choose the perk and what you pay per claimThe perk is what the customer gets: a free espresso, a welcome drink, 10% off. You cover the perk itself, just as you would for any promotion. On top of that, you set a reward per claim: a flat amount or a percentage of the customer's bill, shared out to whoever sent you the customer.

Stay in budget: set daily or total caps so you never spend more than you planned.

  3. Fund it from $10Pay a deposit by card. All of it becomes your reward budget: a $50 deposit covers $50 of claims. Auto top-up is on by default and you can switch it off. Any unused budget is refundable.
  4. Customers find youYour perk shows on your venue on the map and on every recommendation of your venue in people's feeds, marked as a partner offer. People who love your place now have a reason to recommend you.
  5. They visit and scan your codeThe customer must be within 300 m, with a fresh location check. Your team opens the rotating code on a phone and the customer scans it. One claim per person per offer, and no printed QR codes to copy.
  6. The reward goes to whoever sent themYour payment is shared between the people who brought you that customer: whoever recommended you, whoever brought you onto SuperWorld, and the owner of the plot you sit on. You pay the same amount whoever ends up with it.

Who sends you customers

A sales team that only gets paid when people show up

Every reward goes to someone who brought you a real visit. That turns your regulars, local communities and neighbors into promoters.

Customer referrer

💬 Locals who recommend you

Anyone who has recommended or posted about your venue earns when someone they sent claims your perk within 30 days. Your happiest regulars get a reason to talk about you.

Communities

🏃 Clubs that meet near you

Run clubs, meetups, supper clubs and expat groups pin you on their community map and send members your way after every event. One partnership can bring the same group back every week.

Venue referrer

🤝 Whoever brought you on

The person who signed your venue up, often a community organizer or a regular, keeps earning a share of every claim for as long as you run offers. They have every reason to keep sending people.

Exactly who gets what

How each claim is split

You always pay the same reward per claim. The split depends on who was involved in bringing the customer.

Who was involvedVenue referrerCustomer referrerPlot ownerSuperWorld

Each offer keeps the split it was funded with. If you own the plot your venue sits on, the plot owner's share comes back to you.

Work with communities

Become the home base for a local community

Communities on SuperWorld need places to meet, and their members spend money where they meet. Here's how to become that place.

🎁 Offer a members' perk

Give a community a perk for its members, like a free coffee after the Saturday run or 10% off after the monthly meetup. The club pins you on its map, members claim it after each event, and the organizer earns a share of every claim, so they keep bringing the group back.

📍 Host their events

Communities can pin activities and ticketed events to your venue. Every event brings a group through your door, and the event chat lives on your venue's page on the map.

🎟️ Run your own events

Quiz nights, tastings, live music, run club breakfasts: host them yourself as activities on SuperWorld and sell tickets. You keep 95% of each ticket, less card processing, with no monthly fee and no extra setup.

🌍 Build your own World

Create a map for your regulars with your venue, your events and the places nearby you'd recommend. Sell memberships to your regulars, monthly or yearly, and keep 95%.

Your tools

Everything you need to run it

📈 Your venue dashboard

Claims per day, your remaining budget, who you paid and why, the share of claims that came from recommendations, and your top recommenders.

💬 Your venue chat room

Every venue has a public chat room on the map. Verified venues can pin announcements there: today's special, tonight's event, a new perk.

🙋 "Ask for an offer"

Customers can ask your venue for an offer before you have one, and you see how many people asked. It tells you there's demand before you spend anything.

✅ Get verified, free

Verify by having 5 customers claim on 3 different days, with a code sent to the phone number on your Google listing, or by signing in with your Google Business Profile. A verified operator takes over from anyone who claimed the venue first, and their deposit is refunded.

✨ Venue room upgrade

Verified venues with an active offer can pay $9 a month or $99 a year to manage their chat room (pin, remove, mute) and get a weekly AI briefing on what people say and ask for at your venue.

🏛️ Own the plot you're on

Claim the ~100 × 100 m plot your venue sits on. The plot owner earns 10–50% of every offer claim there, so part of your own promotion budget comes back to you, plus 1% of every ticket and membership sold at your location, including events other people host there.

↗️ Earn as a referrer too

Bring other venues onto SuperWorld and earn a share of every claim there. Invite your customers, and if they upgrade to SuperPower you earn 20% of every payment they make.

What it costs

A month of post-run coffees

120verified visits

From people who arrived as a group and found you through a community they belong to. Many will order breakfast, and some will come back on a weekday.

Questions venues ask

FAQ

What do I pay, and when?

Two things: the perk itself (the espresso you give away), and the reward per claim, which is paid only when a customer claims your perk in person. There's no monthly fee and no setup fee. Your deposit becomes your reward budget in full.

Can I get unused budget back?

Yes. Unused budget is refundable; only the card processor's actual fee on the original charge is deducted.

How do I know a claim is real?

The customer has to be within 300 m with a fresh location check and scan a code that rotates on your team's phone. Each person can claim each offer once.

What if someone else already claimed my venue?

Get verified for free. A verified operator takes over from an unverified one, and their deposit is refunded to them.

Should I own the plot my venue is on?

You don't have to: your offer works the same either way. But if you own it, the plot owner's share of every claim at your venue comes back to you, and you also earn 1% of tickets and memberships sold there. Plots are digital collectibles, and rewards aren't guaranteed.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Deposits can be paid in five currencies by card through Stripe.

How do I get communities to come?

Message us and we'll introduce you to communities on SuperWorld that meet near you, or invite your own regulars' clubs and groups to pin you on their map.
