What a plot is
SuperWorld lays a grid over the real world. Each cell is about 100 m × 100 m, roughly a city block, and each one is a unique digital asset that gives its owner digital property rights in SuperWorld.
A plot is a 0.001° × 0.001° cell of latitude and longitude. The café on the corner, the stadium downtown, the beach you grew up on: each sits on a plot.
Plots are ERC-721 tokens on Base, the network built by Coinbase. Ownership is public, and you can hold, list or transfer your plot whenever you like.
A wallet is created for you when you sign in with Google, Apple or email. Pay with that wallet or with a card, or connect a wallet you already use.
Rewards for the owner of the location
When people buy tickets, claim offers and gather on your plot, part of what SuperWorld collects goes to you. Hosts and venues never pay extra for it.
1% of every ticket and paid membership sold for an activity held on your plot, paid out of SuperWorld's 5% fee.
A share of each offer claimed at a venue on your plot: 10% when referrers are involved, up to 50% when none are.
SWX when you buy a plot (100 on the map, 200 on the marketplace) and 500 SWX when you sell one.
Every plot card shows views, check-ins, recommendations, posts and activities there, plus the rewards it has generated. A What sells here layer highlights where tickets and offers move, and the Top Plots and Top Landowners boards show who leads.
Rewards collect on the plot and are withdrawn by its current owner, from $10 to your bank through Stripe. If a plot has no owner, its share stays with SuperWorld.
