Prior to SuperWorld, Martin spent more than two decades in consulting at software and services firms such as HP Enterprise Services and IBM as well as many start-ups and scale-ups including renowned global talent marketplaces like Toptal and Andela.
In his free time, Martin enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his wife and son.
